To register an account on QQ99, you must be 18 years of age or older. Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage) is prohibited
• If a software error generates abnormal odds, QQ99 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

6. Bonus Terms

QQ99 offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the bonus menu.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Welcome bonus wagering is typically a specified multiple of the bonus plus the deposit amount
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus

7. Bet Cancellation & Match Results

In certain circumstances, bets may be voided or settlement outcomes may be revised. QQ99 always makes such decisions in accordance with internationally recognised rules and standards.

• If a match is cancelled before it starts — all bets are voided and stakes are refunded
• If a match is abandoned within a specified time after kick-off — settlement is determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided — that leg is removed and the remaining legs continue as normal
• If official results are revised — QQ99 settles bets according to the updated result
• If an incorrect result is issued due to a technical error — QQ99 reserves the right to correct it.

8. Responsible Gaming

QQ99 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of problems. That's why we provide tools to help you set your own limits and stay in control.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set
• A cooling-off period can be set for a specified duration.
• Through the self-exclusion option, you can suspend your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• If QQ99 identifies a user showing signs of problem betting, it may impose limits on that account directly

10. Account Suspension or Closure

QQ99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification
• At the user's own request
